In cases of large maxillary defects and trismus that result from surgical removal a tumor in the maxilla, use two pieces obturator overcome problem improve retention by engagement all desirable undercuts which enhance obturator. Improve help patient to continue his/her life. The case study describes construction with silicon bulb attached hollow Bulb ledge.
